2. Visiting this website
When you visit this website, technically necessary data is transmitted to the web server. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, pages requested, browser information, operating system and the previously visited page. This data may be processed in server logs to deliver the website, resolve technical errors and maintain security.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website). The recipient is the hosting provider used to operate the website. Retention is determined by technical necessity and applicable statutory retention requirements.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and continue the communication.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling enquiries). Data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and comply with any applicable statutory retention periods.
4. Booking appointments through Calendly
Appointment links lead to an external Calendly website. You access that service only when you open one of these links. Calendly’s privacy notice also applies to data you enter there. Where we receive appointment details, we use them to organise and conduct the requested conversation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Links to external websites
This website contains links to LinkedIn, Calendly and frankzummer.com. Selecting an external link takes you away from this page. The respective provider’s privacy information explains how it subsequently processes your data.
6. Cookies and analytics
The language is initially selected using your preferred browser language. If you choose DE or EN, we store only that language preference under “rmt-language” in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It remains stored until you clear the website data. No location or IP geolocation is used for this purpose.
The website code provided here does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not load external tracking scripts. Separate provisions may apply to technical processes operated by the hosting provider. If analytics, advertising or consent services are added, this policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have, in particular, rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, particularly in your country of habitual residence or in Cyprus.
8. Updates
We update this privacy policy when features, service providers or legal requirements change.
